Yin Yorgans - Decoding the Dao
In this yin yoga class we will do about an hour of the physical yin yoga class while I read from Tom Bisio’s book entitled Decoding the Dao. We will learn some basics about daoist meditation and the importance of conscious breathing.

Core Confidence - Vinyasa Yoga
Open to all levels! Beginner friendly. This is about an 80 minute vinyasa class focused on bringing our awareness to the core of our body and flowing through the vinyasa class from this place of centered strength. This is not a class where we do traditional ‘core’ work, working on superficial abdominal muscles; rather, it is a class where we explore the strength of the core of our beings physically, mentally and spiritually.
