Let’s Heal Together
For Each Other
In Chinese medicine, we view the mind, body, and spirit as one interconnected system with a natural ability to heal. Our techniques enhance these existing systems, helping to tap into the body’s own healing power.
Life brings sickness, hardship, and loss, but even in tough times, health is accessible. By focusing on simple practices and healing methods, like movement practices and Chinese Herbal Medicine, we can strengthen our connection to our inherent goodness and healing abilities.

Welcome to Innate Power
of HEALING
Welcome!
I’m Alexis, L.Ac. EAMP (she/they), an acupuncturist, Chinese herbal medicine practitioner, and yoga instructor. Originally from Seattle, I now live in Kathmandu, Nepal. I’m passionate about the role movement plays in healing and love empowering clients to tap into their body’s natural ability to heal. Whether it’s through mindful movement, breath practice, nutrition, or rest, I believe healing often looks unique for each of us.
This website is a shared space for learning and healing, centered around Chinese Medicine and movement practices. Here you’ll find donation-based movement classes along with blogs on Chinese Medicine, case studies, and my experiences practicing in Nepal.

Donation-Based
I will be offering and uploading movement practices. Come join in! All classes will be donation-based. I call my teachings “yin yorgans” because I have created courses that are yin yoga practices with teachings about different organ/channel theories from Chinese Medicine. Subscribe below for updates on classes and when they will be posted.
